The Alios Restaurant is located a few minutes from Saint-Sever and a quarter of an hour from Mont-de-Marsan.
In our bright and spacious dining room, you’ll be enticed to try a variety of quality cuisine, with emphasis on local produce: the Alios salad, a local delicacy cooked in a terrine dish, sliced duck breast served with fig compote, duck parillada with green peppercorn sauce, sweetbreads and crayfish salad, pan fried veal chop with girolle mushrooms...

To add to your pleasure, our chef from Britanny whips up his fish specialities for you: Spanish style royal seabream, grilled sole with lemon, pike perch fillet with red pepper coulis, piquillo peppers stuffed with codfish, thick codfish fillet Catalan style... (depending on the day’s catch).
Whether it’s from the Gourmand menu, brasserie dishes, regular menus, or daily menu, your taste buds will be tantalized in Bas Mauco.
